40 Hz gamma stimulation accelerates learning and training — but gains consolidate during sleep, not mid-session. Don't judge results until the morning after.
1.Put on stereo headphones and start this session.
2.Perform focused cognitive work — reading, studying, or rapid-attention tasks — for 20–45 min while the tone plays.
3.Repeat on 3 consecutive days. Mark each day below after your session.
4.Allow normal sleep after each session. Improvement emerges post-sleep via memory consolidation.
